Today, Antoine advises clients through A T Williams Associates while building AVANTKOFA, his civic venture studio. Through that work, he is developing Mobility by CLÜTCH™ -  a mobility-forward platform powered by atxios™, a cross-sector execution framework that aligns people, partnerships, infrastructure, and technology around real-world outcomes.

Antoine's venture-building work has earned him a place in the Capital One Mobility Accelerator Class 26.' His broader field-building path within the commonwealth includes the Community Investment Collaborative Social Entrepreneur Bootcamp/incubator and LISC Virginia’s multifamily housing development program. Whether serving as a consultant, executive leader, or founder, Antoine brings a rare combination of frontline leadership, public-sector fluency, and venture-building discipline to institutions and initiatives that need to move important work forward.

Over the course of his career, he has helped mobilize and steward significant public and private investment, including management of a $10M+ housing fund in Charlottesville, reporting on a $59M development pipeline and 938 housing units, support of a $12.5M annual redevelopment budget tied to a $280M+ project portfolio in Fort Myers, and coalition work that helped secure $22.9M in workforce funding. He is known for helping organizations move complex initiatives from concept to execution by aligning policy, capital, partnerships, and operations around practical results. His proudest accomplishment: being a faithful, present, devoted spouse and parent.
