About us: Meet Our Founder

Antoine M. Williams is a strategist, operator, and founder who builds practical systems around forces that shape everyday life. Across more than 20 years, his work has spanned public safety, planning, housing, economic development, workforce systems, and venture building—AVANTKOFA is a civic venture studio of Antoine's, and it exists to solve for the acute by turning complex problems into credible paths for action.

a place to explore his services, ventures, ideas, and selected projects. He helps institutions, communities, and collaborators define the problem, structure the work, assemble the right capabilities, and move from concept to execution.
