TheADUs 2 EDUs Project™ is a service project of Affordable Holdings of Virginia, specifically designed as a scalable housing development pipeline for our region's Hometown Heroes. By deploying efficient, off-site-built accessory dwelling units (ADUs) onto existing local parcels, we are mobilizing a direct solution to infrastructure gaps and infrastructure-driven displacement, ensuring our aging educators, healthcare workers, and public servants can afford to stay anchored in the communities they spent their lives building.
