Mobility by CLÜTCH

powered by atxios

An emerging access, recovery, and continuity membership platform designed to help people stay forward through mobility disruption.

It is being designed to intergrate everyday support, recovery services, and continuity options in one system so transportation instability does not keep turning into missed work, lost income, delayed care, or bigger financial setbacks.

This early-stage venture is being built for the real conditions people face when mobility becomes fragile: a vehicle breakdown, a repair they cannot absorb, a temporary loss of transportation, or the absence of reliable backup options.

The long-term vision is not just a better app, but a stronger model for how people, institutions, and communities protect access to movement, work, and opportunity.

Antoine

as Founder

Antoine M. Williams is building CLÜTCH™ from the intersection of lived experience, public systems, redevelopment, housing, workforce strategy, and institutional execution. With over 20 years in public safety, planning, government relations, and civic innovation, he has worked within systems where mobility breakdown leads to economic and community disruption.

This startup venture is not an abstract idea to him; it is rooted in a firsthand understanding of what happens when people have to make high-cost, life-altering decisions just to keep moving. That perspective is matched by execution experience.

Antoine has led complex public-impact initiatives across local government, nonprofits, and venture-building, focusing on housing, funding strategies, and multi-stakeholder collaborations. As the founder of AVANTKOFA and developer of the atxios™ framework, he is building CLÜTCH™ into a scalable platform rather than a one-off concept.

Antoine was selected for the Capital One Mobility Accelerator Class ’26, marking a key step in moving his early-stage venture from concept to testing and launch. That milestone helps position CLÜTCH™ for early adopters, strategic partners, and aligned investors who understand that mobility is not a side issue in people’s lives — it is capacity.

About atxios

The atxios™ Framework is the methodological engine behind CLÜTCH™. It is designed to align people, partnerships, infrastructure, and technology around real-world outcomes. While CLÜTCH™ is the mobility-facing platform, the atxios™ operating layer provides the core logic that supports continuity, coordination, decision support, and scalable delivery.

The Problem

Transportation problems never stay in their lane. A fuel gap or a missed repair is just the first domino. By the end of the week, that $200 friction point has turned into lost wages, a strained family, and a housing default.

Right now, you’re forced to navigate this alone. You’re toggling between rideshares, mechanics, and lenders in real time while the clock is ticking on your shift. CLÜTCH™ is being prototyped to bridge that gap. We are defining a new standard for resilience—stopping a disruption before it becomes a disaster.

Solutions through CLÜTCH™

CLÜTCH™ Access  Plan

For the "everyday" friction that stalls your day.

This is for the small, consequential gaps—the rides, the fuel, and the minor maintenance needs that usually lead to a missed shift. We provide the core guidance and mobility planning required to keep a short-term interruption from hitting your paycheck.

CLÜTCH™ Recovery Plan

For when the stakes get higher.

This is designed for the disruptions you can't absorb—the major repairs and breakdown costs that threaten your ability to stay on track. It includes everything in Access, but adds the structured coordination and recovery guidance needed to get you back on the road when the gap is too large to navigate alone.

CLÜTCH™ Continuity Plan

When your livelihood or household security is at risk.

This is our highest support tier, built for when mobility failure threatens your career or your household stability. We provide the broad-scale infrastructure for major preservation needs, including vehicle replacement pathways and long-horizon planning. It’s everything in Access and Recovery, designed to keep your life in motion when the system fails.

Build capacity that uplifts cities and stays with the team member, not just the moment.
